Legacy Class Objectives
Offering classes for children as young as 4 years old, teens, women and men. Classes promote a team environment where students can help one another and support each other in achieving their goals. Classes cover Taekwon-Do kicks, punches, blocks, stances, patterns, self defense and sparring techniques. Students will be taught the history and terminology of Korean Taekwon-Do, resulting in a stronger character and spirit. Legacy Taekwon-Do allows one to exercise the mind and body as a "Way of Life".

Training and practicing Taekwon-Do/Martial Arts is inherently dangerous. All training, with exception of practicing patterns as explained by the instructors of Legacy Taekwon-Do, should be pursued only in the controlled environment and under the supervision of a trained instructor.
